Excited by adventure, inspired by making a difference, Ian Schubach and Shane Toohey formed Peak Teams in 2002, initially in Australia and later in the US.

Recognizing the parallels between the worlds of adventure and business, they saw an opportunity to create engaging and meaningful corporate events that truly delivered results.
