Morgan Wiley

Morgan Wiley is a relationship manager and facilitator at Peak Teams. Since joining Peak Teams she has worked with clients including HP, McAfee and UBS on global team summits, change management and top talent development.

Morgan is passionate about creating social change on a global level and spent the 2 years before joining Peak Teams focusing on poverty alleviation and social ventures. She worked with Kiva (kiva.org) in San Francisco on their fellows program, traveled to India to work with a new microloan venture, worked as International Program Director for Respect Rx and continues to serve on the national board of Girls for a Change and as the events chair for the Silicon Valley Microfinance Network.
 
Morgan’s background is in Sales and Business Development. She served as an account executive and HP Specialist at IKON Office Solutions in the Bay Area working with fortune 500 companies to streamline their print strategy and efficiency. She later worked directly for HP as a partner channel manager in the Imaging and Printing Group.

Morgan combines her background in business with her passion for social responsibility to improve leaders capabilities to engage, inspire, align and enable their teams.

Morgan is based in Los Gatos, California. She holds a B.A. in Management Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
