Shane Toohey, Peak Teams Shane Toohey is co-founder of Peak Teams and is one of a handful of people to have climbed and skied remote mountains on all seven continents.

As a lead facilitator for Peak Teams, Shane specializes in leadership, teamwork and change. His unique combination of personal experiences, design expertise and global perspective has laid the foundation for highly customized programs delivered across five continents.
