Peak Teams has pioneered a new approach to team building that accelerates outcomes in teamwork, leadership and organizational alignment.

Our team building experiences are called Virtual Adventures. They are fun, engaging and effective.

To build our Virtual Adventures we have filmed our personal experiences and combined this spectacular footage with world-first interactive DVD technology.

We then put the audience in the place of real life adventurers as they undergo a simulated journey to the top of a mountain peak, into the African bush, or in search of the biggest waves in the ocean.

While fully engaged in the experience, participants learn and practice the skills required to succeed as a team in conditions that mirror the challenges faced in the business world.

Peak Teams’ expert facilitators continually link insights and lessons from the adventure to real life business situations. Powerful learning opportunities are created that can be immediately applied to improve performance.

Our Virtual Adventures can be fully customized and they are designed in modules to address different needs in timing, audience type and desired outcomes.
